OBJECTIVES: To determine the maternal and fetal outcomes associated with uterine fibroids in pregnancy. METHODOLOGY: This study was conducted Gynaecology Department of Mardan Medical Complex from January 2018 to December 2019. All pregnant women any age or parity gestational sonographic evidence were included. Demographic details, age, symptoms related fibrosis, size, number location fibroid, mode delivery, antenatal, intrapartum postnatal complication, neonatal outcome entered a predesigned proforma. RESULTS: The incidence pregnancy 0.8%.77 patients enrolled. mean 26.5 + 3.22 years. delivery caesarean section 32.4%, vaginal 53% patients.14% miscarried. Fibroids multiple 58.4% single 41.5% patients. Submucosal seen 23%, intramural 18% subserosal 58% cases. most common complication abdominal pain (25%), followed by postpartum haemorrhage(23%) antepartum haemorrhage(19%). Neonatal good, 57% babies being healthy 9% admitted Intensive Care Unit (NICU) discharged later. CONCLUSION: Pregnant should be cautiously screened during antenatal avoid obstetric complications.
